As a full subscriber to IRAS PTY LTD you receive a loose leaf publication service called the “BLUE IRAS”. This service is a complete A to Z manual of employment rights and conditions that must be met in relation to employment. Whenever any changes occur to any of the legislation contained within the “BLUE IRAS” we forward Circulars explaining the variations along with replacement pages giving effect to those variations for insertion into your service.
The BLUE IRAS and Circulars and replacement pages are also available on the IRAS website allowing you to download them if you wish or view them on ypour computer if your out of the office.
The "IRAS" service currently has 14 Sections (over 400 pages) with Tab Dividers, each a separate piece of employment legislation or requirement. The award used in the service is the main award applying throughout NSW and industries generally, the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award.
The service can be altered and/or amended if other award/s are required.
Any Workplace Agreement that an employer has we can also be incorporate into the loose leaf service.
Employers now covered by the Workplace Relations Act because they are Incorporated Organisations, whose employees were previously covered by a State Award now NAPSA 's (Notional Agreement Preserving State Awards) that must observe both Federal and State legislation will find it in the IRAS.
We also have our Telephone Advisory Service. This service covers all aspects of employment law and its conditions, what we cant answer straight away we will research and get back to you, we have been told many times by subscribers that this is an invaluable tool.
A newsletter is sent to subscribers that provide us with either there email or fax address or if you prefer taken straight from the members section of the Website.
We are not a Registered Industrial Organisation of employees or employers, nor are we a Government Department, we are a private company and we are as our business name indicates an Industrial Relations Advisory Service.
Unfortunately due to the economic climate that we are in employers must make difficult decisions about the future employment of the organisations employees and this is not restricted to award employees.
Managerial and award free employees are also frequently being reviewed as to their suitability and productivity.
We advise subscribers on this level of employee as well.
